Dan Murphy (born 1977 in Ballincollig, County Cork) is an Irish sportsperson. He plays hurling with his local club Ballincollig and was a member of the Cork minor, under-21 and senior inter-county teams from 1995 until 1999.[1][2] Murphy captained Cork to back-to-back All-Ireland titles at under-21 level in 1997 and 1998.
